Refund & Returns Policy

At IKIK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process within 7 days of delivery.

1. Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Not damaged by misuse or mishandling

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be intact
  • Original invoice or order confirmation number required
  • Product must not be damaged due to customer misuse

Note: Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing tags/packaging may not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@ikik.in or call +91 90324 52123 with your order number
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return authorization
  4. You will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  5. Package the product securely in its original packaging with all tags
  6. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team
  7. Include the RMA number and original invoice in the package

5. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Charges:

  • If the return is due to a defective product or our error: Free return shipping
  • If the return is due to customer preference: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during return.

6. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days
  • If the product meets our return criteria, we will process your refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Refund Timeline: All refunds for online payments are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway provider. Refund timelines vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after refund initiation. The refund will appear in your card statement. Processing time depends on your bank.
  • UPI Payments: 3-7 business days after refund initiation. The refund will be credited directly to your UPI-linked bank account.
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days after refund initiation. The refund will be credited to your bank account.
  • Wallets: 2-5 business days after refund initiation. The refund will be credited to your wallet account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS. Bank account details required. Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your bank details.

Note: Refund processing times are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Bank processing times
  • Card network policies (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Weekends and bank holidays
  • Razorpay processing timelines

You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, only the returned item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing: Refunds for online payments are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account. If your original payment method is no longer valid (e.g., expired card), please contact us immediately at info@ikik.in with your order number to arrange an alternative refund method.

Refund Status: You can check the status of your refund by:

  • Checking your email for refund confirmation and updates
  • Contacting us at info@ikik.in with your order number
  • Checking your bank statement or payment app after the refund processing period

If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us with your order number and payment details, and we will investigate the matter.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products in unused condition within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us at info@ikik.in with your order number and desired exchange item
  2. Our team will confirm product availability
  3. Follow the same return process to send back the original item
  4. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the exchange item
  5. Price differences, if any, will be adjusted accordingly

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@ikik.in with photos of the defect/damage
  • Provide your order number and description of the issue
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Return shipping for defective items is free of charge

Please report defects within 24-48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at info@ikik.in
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped
  • We will provide a return label for the wrong item (free of charge)
  • Priority processing will be given to such cases

10. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order:

  • Before Shipment: Full refund will be processed immediately
  • After Shipment: Return the product using our standard return process
  • Cancellation requests should be sent to info@ikik.in with your order number
