At IKIK, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping services for all our customers across India. This shipping policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and shipping charges.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship only within India. We deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable areas across all states and union territories of India.

For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take additional time. If you're unsure about delivery availability in your area, please contact us at info@ikik.in before placing your order.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment processing.

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Transit Time: 2-3 business days for most locations
  • Total Delivery: 3-5 business days from order confirmation

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
  • Express Delivery: Available at additional charges (contact us for details)

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  1. We process your order within 1-2 business days
  2. Your order is packed securely with care
  3. Your package is shipped through our shipping partners
  4. You receive a confirmation email with tracking details

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation with your tracking number and tracking link
  • Real-time updates on your order status via SMS and email
  • Access to track your package directly from your order confirmation page

You can also track your order from your Profile page after logging in. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at info@ikik.in.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Complete street address with landmark
  • City, State, and PIN code (6-digit)
  • Any special delivery instructions

Important: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Changes to shipping address can only be made before the order is shipped.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your package at the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • They will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You will receive a notification to reschedule delivery
  • If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us
  • Return shipping charges may apply for returned packages

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit or lost:

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
  • We may arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate
